Es ist mega.
Die Schneidbretter sind zwar noch nicht lange im Einsatz, der erste Eindruck und auch das Arbeiten damit funktioniert aber sehr gut , auch das reinigen der Bretter da sie sehr leicht sind funktioniert perfekt 👍
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Schneidbretthalter, eine Halterung ist auf einer Seite zu wenig tief gefräst, daher steht das vorderste Brett etwas schief .
Dieses Schneidebrett ist einfach genial! Es besteht aus Papier und ist mit einem gesunden Kleber aus Lebensmittelharzen verarbeitet – umweltfreundlich und dennoch extrem robust. Es bietet die perfekte Schnittfläche, ohne dass die Messer stumpf werden. Ich bin begeistert, wie leicht es zu reinigen ist und dass es keinerlei chemische Rückstände enthält. Endlich ein Schneidebrett, das sowohl nachhaltig als auch funktional ist. Eine echte Innovation für jede Küche – absolut empfehlenswert!
