Shipping conditions
We deliver exclusively to addresses within Europe. Deliveries within Austria, Germany, and Italy are free of charge for orders over €100.00. For orders under €100.00, a shipping fee of €5.90 for Germany and Austria, and €9.90 for Italy, will be added at checkout.
For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 3-5 days. If prepayment has been agreed, delivery will take place after receipt of your payment.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Further details regarding payment
The invoice amount is due within 14 days of payment in advance. Please note: Your order will only be processed after payment has been received.
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged after successful order processing.
For payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or EPS transfer, the amount is automatically due upon successful order completion.

How does the return/exchange process work?
You ordered from our shop and something doesn't fit? In that case, send us an email with your order number and we will be happy to help you.
Important: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long do I have to return something?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your items to us. Please pack the items in the same shipping box you received with your delivery.
When and how will I get my money back?
Once your items have arrived with us, you will receive your refund to the payment method you chose when making the purchase.
Please note: Depending on the payment method you chose, refunds often take 1-3 days until your money is transferred back to you.
