Thanks to the special manufacturing process and the paper material used, the cutting board is extremely stable. The hardness is adjusted so that the cutting board is particularly gentle on the blades and your knives do not become blunt.

Dishwasher suitable
Hygiene is our top priority, which is why all pro planche products are dishwasher-safe and heat-resistant up to 170°C. Because let's be honest, who wants to cut raw meat, beetroot, onions, etc. on a wooden board if it can't be cleaned perfectly afterwards.

Our cutting boards are made by a socio-economic company in Lienz/East Tyrol, and the plastic-free packaging also comes from Tyrol.
