Did you know that approximately 20% of the world's population suffers from a food intolerance?
Intolerances include, among others, celiac disease (gluten sensitivity), intolerances to lactose, fructose, sorbitol and histamine.
Especially for those with gluten intolerance, hygiene in the kitchen is extremely important. Even the smallest amounts can trigger symptoms in people with celiac disease.
We at pro planche also place great emphasis on hygiene . For example, the easy cleaning of our cutting boards is a major advantage of our products. They can also be cleaned in the dishwasher without any problems.

The symbols are clearly visible, embedded in a stainless steel plate on the cutting boards. The symbols for "bread", "meat", "fish", and "vegetables" help to distinguish the boards.
